March new orders for manufactured goods rose 3.0 percent to $462.9 billion. Shipments increased 2.7 percent to $461.4 billion. Unfilled orders rose 0.8 percent to $844.0 billion and inventories increased 1.1 percent to $572.3 billion.
February new orders for manufactured goods fell 0.1% to $446.0 billion. Shipments rose 0.3% to $448.3 billion. Unfilled orders increased 0.5% to $834.8 billion. And inventories rose 0.8% to $565.0 billion.
January new orders for manufactured goods rose 3.1% to $445.6 billion. Goods shipments rose 1.8% to $447.4 billion. Unfilled orders were up 0.6% to $829.6 billion. Inventories rose 1.3% to $559.3 billion in January.
